If you would prefer to travel in smooth luxury, we will happily oblige and fly as gently as possible to give you every opportunity to enjoy the blue gem that is Port Phillip Bay.

This flight is over an hour, but time will (literally) fly by. A short 6-minute flight from Essendon, and you will find yourself at the Melbourne CBD  flying level with the tallest buildings and enjoying the city’s bustling streets without the hassle of traffic. From the CBD, you will pick up the coast and begin the leg south along the Mornington Peninsula. Following the coast around to the Port Phillip Heads, the cityscape morphs into idyllic beachside communities offering sparkling views of Victoria’s finest beaches. Approaching the Barwon heads – a narrow gap connecting the wild waters of the Bass Straight to the bay – your pilot will climb up to 4000 ft to provide you a panoramic view of Point Nepean and Point Lonsdale.

Descending on the other side, you will find yourself overhead the Bellarine Peninsula. Here you will track inland towards Corio Bay and Geelong, passing near the world-famous surf coast that extends out to the West. The Geelong foreshore offers many visual treats, from salt flats to the pretty shorefront followed by a major port and industrial precinct. Avalon Airport is next where you will get to witness the rare experience of transiting over a major aerodrome. The sights continue all the way home, with the You Yang mountain range, the culture-rich western suburbs and the city guiding you back to Essendon.
